NCE Announces Partnership with Dolly Parton Imagination Library for Seneca County

North Central Electric Cooperative is proud to announce the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library/Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library for Seneca County. North Central Electric is honored to be the affiliate sponsor for this new program.  Since 2018, the Gase Family Literacy Fund has been providing funding for children up to age five in the Tiffin vicinity of Seneca County.

North Central Electric Cooperative achieved an 87 in this year’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey, down one point from 2019, but still ranked in-line with other Ohio electric cooperatives. Members were surveyed earlier this summer by phone and online.

North Central Electric Cooperative is encouraging members to sign up for the Co-op Connections® program through Touchstone Energy Cooperatives. This valuable service, offered for free to North Central members, helps save money in a variety of ways on everything from health services to travel discounts and deals on national-known brands.

Electric co-ops advocate for RUS loan repricing amid COVID-19

North Central Electric Cooperative, along with cooperatives across the United States, are advocating lawmakers to address Rural Utilities Service (RUS) loan repricing and non-payment of utility bills in the next COVID-19 relief package.

People Fund grants over $12,000 at July meeting

The North Central Electric People Fund held its quarterly meeting July 15, granting four community organizations a total of $12,650.
